If you would like to return a product for reasons other than a quality issue, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, which may vary depending on distance.

Important Return Conditions

- Refurbished or used products are not refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging and in like-new condition. Customers are responsible for properly re-packing items to prevent damage during return shipping.
- For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping charges, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
- Once the return is confirmed, we will provide the return address.
Changes & Cancellations

From the moment you purchase a Modland product, we provide warranty coverage for our customers. Under normal installation and use, Modland will replace any component proven to have defects in materials and/or workmanship at no charge.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers product issues caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
- Lifetime Limited Warranty: Applies to bathroom faucets and shower products only.
- Other Products: Products such as bathroom mirrors, shower doors, bathroom vanities, smart toilets, and similar items are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a warranty claim, please provide the following information:
- Your online order details. The information must be clear and legible and include the purchase date, product model, and store name.
- A brief description of the issue to help us diagnose the problem. This information may be provided by the homeowner or a professional installer.
- Photos and videos if the issue involves a mechanical, material, or workmanship defect. For example: "There is an issue with the finish or color of my faucet."
- Your complete shipping address, including your phone number and apartment number, if applicable.
- Any additional information requested to help us review your warranty claim as quickly as possible.

For high-traffic public commercial installations, routine maintenance and rinsing are recommended.
Our outdoor showers are crafted from premium-grade stainless steel (available in 304 or marine-grade 316 stainless steel), engineered specifically for exceptional corrosion resistance and UV protection. While standard metals can rust or degrade in coastal environments with high salt exposure, our high-grade steel finish resists salt-spray corrosion, making it ideal for beachside properties, pool decks, and open-air backyards. To keep the surface pristine, we simply recommend rinsing it with clean water periodically.
Plan the location (privacy, drainage), add blocking if needed, mark & drill for the valve/anchors, run supply with shutoffs and a backflow device, mount & seal penetrations, build drainage, then pressure-test and finish.
The drainage solution depends entirely on your installation location. For outdoor showers installed directly over lawns, gravel, or soil, the water typically drains naturally into the ground. However, we strongly recommend using eco-friendly, biodegradable soaps to protect your lawn and local ecosystem. If you are installing the shower on a sealed wooden deck, concrete patio, or an enclosed pool-house area, you will need to route the wastewater into an existing outdoor gray-water system, a dry well, or connect it to a dedicated drain compliant with local plumbing codes.
In regions where winter temperatures drop below freezing, proper winterization is essential to prevent ice expansion from cracking the internal pipes and valves. Please follow these simple steps before the first freeze:
- Locate and shut off the indoor water supply valve that feeds your outdoor shower line.
- Open the outdoor shower's mixer valve completely to drain all trapped water from the column, showerhead, and internal pathways.
- If possible, detach the handheld showerhead and store it indoors for the winter season, and consider using an insulated protective cover to shield the main shower body from harsh snow and ice.
Stability is crucial for any outdoor fixture. Our outdoor showers come equipped with a heavy-duty mounting base plate pre-drilled with bolt holes. The unit should be securely anchored using heavy-duty expansion screws or anchor bolts. It can be installed directly onto a solid concrete slab, a reinforced wooden deck, or secured stone pavers.
