Orders ship from our California and Pennsylvania warehouses. Orders placed before 11:00 AM PT, Monday–Friday, are processed the same business day; later, weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary with weather, carrier delays and stock availability. Please use a street address (no PO boxes) and a valid email.

mod-land cannot cancel any item from an order after the item has been shipped. Please adhere to the following return policy.

If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times.

Many of our items are shipped directly from the California (U.S.) and Philadelphia (U.S.) warehouse. We cannot guarantee delivery times. mod-land is not responsible for monetary loss caused by late deliveries.

Time Frame For Inspextion

Please inspect all packages and crates upon delivery. Keep in mind that UPS packages and all common carrier freight (tractor-trailer) must be inspected for damage within 48 hours of delivery. Damage claims made after these time periods may be rejected by UPS or the freight carrier. Return Time Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date the customer receives the product and the order is marked as delivered/completed. If the product has a quality issue, we will handle the return based on the specific situation and condition of the item.

If you would like to return a product for reasons other than a quality issue, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, which may vary depending on distance.

All returns must be authorized by Mod-Land. Returns sent without our prior approval will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Important Return Conditions

Please note the following conditions before initiating a return:

• Refurbished or used products are not refundable.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging and in like-new condition. Customers are responsible for properly re-packing items to prevent damage during return shipping.
• For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping charges, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
• Once the return is confirmed, we will provide the return address.

Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or modify an order before it ships. However, we do not accept changes or cancellations for custom orders.
