We accept returns within 30 days from the date the customer receives the product and the order is marked as delivered/completed. If the product has a quality issue, we will handle the return based on the specific situation and condition of the item.
If you would like to return a product for reasons other than a quality issue, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, which may vary depending on distance.
All returns must be authorized by Mod-Land. Returns sent without our prior approval will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Important Return Conditions

- Refurbished or used products are not refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging and in like-new condition. Customers are responsible for properly re-packing items to prevent damage during return shipping.
- For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping charges, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
- Once the return is confirmed, we will provide the return address.
Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel or modify an order before it ships. However, we do not accept changes or cancellations for custom orders.

From the moment you purchase a Modland product, we provide warranty coverage for our customers. Under normal installation and use, Modland will replace any component proven to have defects in materials and/or workmanship at no charge.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers product issues caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
- Lifetime Limited Warranty: Applies to bathroom faucets and shower products only.
- Other Products: Products such as bathroom mirrors, shower doors, bathroom vanities, smart toilets, and similar items are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a warranty claim, please provide the following information:
- Your online order details. The information must be clear and legible and include the purchase date, product model, and store name.
- A brief description of the issue to help us diagnose the problem. This information may be provided by the homeowner or a professional installer.
- Photos and videos if the issue involves a mechanical, material, or workmanship defect. For example: "There is an issue with the finish or color of my faucet."
- Your complete shipping address, including your phone number and apartment number, if applicable.
- Any additional information requested to help us review your warranty claim as quickly as possible.

The outdoor shower had been installed for a year and we loved it! When turned back on in the spring, it was leaking. Customer service requested a video and then they made suggestion for repair. Repairs complete and shower is fully functional again! Thanks for the great support!
I would like to commend this company on their product guarantee. I had a leak at the junction of the water input and the hot water valve. I sent them a video and they replaced the valve which cost me $30 for shipping. Turned out the valve wasn't the problem, it was the elbow junction which was not theirs. Outdoor showers notoriously leak primarily from ice in the winter, and even with all efforts to winterize the plumbing ice manages to read havoc. It's reassuring that this company stands by its product, is responsive to addressing issues, and helps getting the shower up and running. It's a great shower and everyone compliments on how great of experience they have when they use it.
Shower was installed as an outside shower and has functioned as promised. We had one minor issue with the handle valve dripping and their customer service took care of it by sending a replacement part. They also made recommendations for the care during winter months. The best part of dealing with the customer service is the quick response times, you don't wait days on end for answers or replies to questions. Would definitely recommend to friends & family!
I had an issue several months after having it installed. I did not turn off the outside water for the winter and it started leaking. I reached out to customer service - they said take a picture and they'd send me the correct part. I told them I'd wait until I turned the water back on...then I noticed the paint peeling off the main shaft. They offered to replace the whole thing if I paid shipping. Score! And since I didn't install it I can assume it was beaten up during install. Either way, I'm super happy they helped me resolve my issue.
Bought this for an outdoor shower. Pretty easy to install and works pretty well but seems to be cheaply made and I'm uncertain if it's longevity. I'm enjoying it for now but will update if that changes.
For the price, this is a great outdoor shower. It did not hold up well to the winter months and unfortunately, even though I had a shut off valve to winterize it, it developed a leak. I’m giving them five stars because they held up to their end of the bargain, and supported their product . They were very diligent and provided me with a replacement part. I now have a working shower again. On a sidenote, if you were going to experience any freezing temperatures, I would highly recommend removing the valve completely or removing the body that might hold water through the winter months.
This is a beautiful outdoor shower, and it works great. Everyone who uses it loves it. Easy to install, and easy to remove for the winter (we have harsh winters). One part broke on the shower and the company was fantastic about helping us replace it, and then even followed up to make sure that the replacement was working properly. I haven't experienced customer service that good in years!
I bought this product to replace an old low pressure shower we had. The product came quickly, I needed the extra valves they mention in the back of the manual. I sent them an email and they responded within a few hours and I had the parts a couple days later. It was easy to install and now we have a great normal pressure outdoor shower. The value of this product is great and their customer service is excellent.

This is a great outdoor shower that I've had for a while. During a cold snap a part froze and split. They replaced the part quickly and it's back up and working. They responded very quickly. I recommend this if you need an outdoor shower.

Lost a small insert screw when removing an outdoor shower for the winter. Doubted that I could replace it, but the company did a superior job of finding the part and sending a replacement at a reasonable cost.

I bought this product last year and I had an issue with it this year. It probably happened because of mother nature, and yet the company provided me with more than one replacement part in a prompt manner and was able to resolve my issue immediately. Love the minimalist look. It feels very high-end and the water pressure from the handheld unit is surprisingly strong. Worth every penny.
We actually use the handheld attachment to wash our golden retriever after muddy walks. It’s so much easier than using a garden hose. Great versatility.
We’ve had some heavy rain recently and the finish still looks brand new. No signs of oxidation at all.
If you have basic plumbing knowledge, you can do this yourself. The instructions were clear and all the parts were included.
