Return Time Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date the customer receives the product and the order is marked as delivered/completed. If the product has a quality issue, we will handle the return based on the specific situation and condition of the item.

If you would like to return a product for reasons other than a quality issue, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, which may vary depending on distance.

• Non-Accidental Damage: This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers defects arising from normal use. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations or repairs.
• Normal Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, surface scratches, or other cosmetic damage that does not affect the product’s functionality.
