We accept returns within 30 days from the date the customer receives the product and the order is marked as delivered/completed. If the product has a quality issue, we will handle the return based on the specific situation and condition of the item.

If you would like to return a product for reasons other than a quality issue, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, which may vary depending on distance.

All returns must be authorized by Mod-Land. Returns sent without our prior approval will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Important Return Conditions

• Refurbished or used products are not refundable.

• Items must be returned in the original packaging and in like-new condition. Customers are responsible for properly re-packing items to prevent damage during return shipping.
• For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping charges, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
• Once the return is confirmed, we will provide the return address.

Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or modify an order before it ships. However, we do not accept changes or cancellations for custom orders.

From the moment you purchase a Modland product, we provide warranty coverage for our customers. Under normal installation and use, Modland will replace any component proven to have defects in materials and/or workmanship at no charge.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers product issues caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

• Lifetime Limited Warranty: Applies to bathroom faucets and shower products only.
  
• Other Products: Products such as bathroom mirrors, shower doors, bathroom vanities, smart toilets, and similar items are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
  

Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, please provide the following information:

• Your online order details. The information must be clear and legible and include the purchase date, product model, and store name.
• A brief description of the issue to help us diagnose the problem. This information may be provided by the homeowner or a professional installer.
• Photos and videos if the issue involves a mechanical, material, or workmanship defect. For example: "There is an issue with the finish or color of my faucet."
• Your complete shipping address, including your phone number and apartment number, if applicable.
