Returns & refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All mod-land products are sold as new and covered by our standard manufacturer warranty. Please consult a qualified professional to make sure the merchandise you are purchasing is what you want and it will fit your specific field conditions. If you have any questions regarding a product, please contact us via email (info@mod-land.com) for free assistance before your placing order.
We recommend that you open and inspect your items upon receipt, should you find any discrepancy or defect with your item, or if at any time you encounter any problems such as missing or defective parts please contact us(info@mod-land.com) immediately. We will gladly send you the replacement parts.

BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM
To return any merchandise, you must request via email(info@mod-land.com) from our info department with your order number and provide item(s) you wish to return.We will send you a pre-paid return label.

In the event that you received the wrong merchandise, missing merchandise, or your merchandise arrived damaged, you must report this within 48 hours to qualify for a cost-free replacement.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES DUE TO SHIPPING DAMAGE
If you receive a damaged item, mod-land.com will replace the item free of charge. Please follow instructions below:
Notifying Customer Service(info@mod-land.com) of damage/shortage
Please take pictures of the item and the packaging it came in and email this information along with a detailed description of the issue to info@mod-land.com within 48 hours. Please provide your order number in the subject field of the email for quicker processing. Replacements due to damages/shortages must be requested within 48 hours of your delivery. Unfortunately, after 48 hours we will not be able to file a claim due to the carrier’s claim restrictions, and it is assumed that all merchandise was received in good condition so you will be responsible for the cost of the replacement item(s). If you or your representative signs for the item indicating damages on the bill of lading, our Customer Service department must be notified within 10 business days of your delivery to receive your replacement item/items free of charge. After 10 days, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement. If the merchandise has been installed, we will not be able to file a claim or provide a replacement.
REFUNDS
You can expect your refund within four weeks from the date you return your package. In most cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). All refunds are issued to the original method of payment . Once your return is processed we will send you an email with your refund details.

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase. You will be responsible for contacting us for a cancellation request.
Once an order is processed or shipped, the terms of our Returns Policy will apply.
Any cancellation requests made after 24 hours cannot guarantee your request will be granted due to our expedited processing.
Please Note: Our warehouse works fast and orders are often already packed up, shrink wrapped on pallets, and loaded on FedEx trailers before a tracking number is uploaded to you. In many cases becomes impossible to locate your box and stop the shipment. Once the order is en route, it then becomes a general return under our easy 30 day return policy.
If the retum is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The
specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not
required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
DETERMINATION OF RETURNS VS. DESTROY IN FIELD
mod-land Inc. prefers to destroy certain damaged or defective goods, rather than return them. The policy is to reduce waste and avoid unnecessary costs for shipping unsalable goods back to us.
If an item is deemed as Destroy in Field, in order to be eligible for a refund the customer must provide us with a valid order number and send us pictures via email:info@mod-land.com. We will need to be able to identify from your pictures that they are indeed mod-land products we sell and not any counterfeits or other brands.

Great out door shower unit! Has wonderful water pressure to clean up fast! You will need to make sure you winterize it.(turn off and drain the water, leave the valve open so the water can expand in case of freezing weather). My cartridge failed the second year, and after contacting the company's customer service dept. they went above and beyond to get my issue resolved! 5 stars for their quick response!
I used this for our outdoor shower. It is absolutely perfect and even better than I expected it was going to be. Great quality and puts out plenty of water if you have the pressure to back it up. Great purchase.

Great quality product. Does start to get surface rust?Because it's directly on the ocean. But it easily wipes away. All my other good stainless steel grill and smoker and heater also get that same surface rust and they are of top quality.
I, a 70 year old untrained person, was able to install this outdoor shower! Then after the handle cartridge failed I contacted the seller. The outdoor shower is incredible! So is the customer service! I failed to drain the shower correctly prior to a hard freeze. The valve to change water from the wand to the shower head broke. I emailed customer service a pic of the broken part and they replaced the part for free! Amazing!
This is an incredible product we use it for an outdoor shower and when coming back in from a hike in the woods or working in the yard it's great just to get cleaned up before going inside. We also have a hot tub so it's great to be able to shower before you get in and when you get out. I was so impressed with customer service as one of the set screws was not the right size, I was able to call, get a hold of somebody easily, they immediately set out the new part without any delays or problems. Great product great customer service at a reasonable price can't ask for more
We're very much enjoying our shower unit! We've had it installed in our outdoor shower and it's become the favourite shower of 3 in our house. Great pressure and we love the 2nd wand feature... which also helps when it comes time to give the dogs a rinse after a romp on the beach! It functions & looks great and so far it far exceeds what you might expect for the affordable price point.
I used this awesome shower piece in my beautiful outdoor shower. It’s great, good price and works beautifully. Unfortunately I live in the northeast and I didn’t properly drain it one cold day after using it. The ice damaged the components and I had to disassemble. I contacted the company and they were super easy to work with and very responsive. They were able to ship me my new pieces in a week or so, all I had to do was pay for shipping. VERY pleased with this product.

We’re planning to use this rain shower system as part of a bathroom remodel and are just acquiring the components at this point so I can’t speak, yet, to its shower performance, but the product arrived in a timely manner and all the included components are present, and look attractive look well made Looking forward to install and using this rain shower!

Amazing customer service!! I had an issue with the diverter and emailed customer support. Communication was fast and effective. They quickly sent a replacement part and followed up to make sure it resolved the issue. They even sent a video with instructions to replace the part. We love our outdoor shower unit. It’s great quality! We receive compliments on it all the time. The wand is great for rinsing off your feet after a day at the beach, it’s great for showering little children. I would recommend this to anyone putting in an outdoor shower.
I really like the shower system. It looks and works great in our outdoor shower! Unfortunately, the main water control valve was damaged by freezing temperatures last winter and began to leak. ( I drained the valve better in prior winter and had no problem.) When I contacted customer service, they offered and promptly sent me a replacement valve which I installed and the shower now works fine once again. They have followed up several times during the process to ensure success.
I absolutely love the look of this. We installed as an outdoor shower and it fits just perfect. The knobs give a very classic look and I couldn't be more happy with the way it turned out. This would be beautiful indoors as well. I love that it has the top and the sprayer so I can easily hose off my feet.
Company accommodated a piece that got broken from over the winter. And my shower was 2 years old. Great communication and very speedy in getting our replacement piece.
I love this shower head. My husband installed it and we've been using it for the last few months. My only complaint would be that the shower head clogged within a few weeks of use and so water would squirt out the top. Once we cleaned out the shower holes, it was back to working great. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the shower head or just our hard water.
