This is a great looking and well constructed tub filler. I did have to contact customer service for shorter hoses because my connections were up on the concrete slab. Customer service responded immediately and they're sending hoses at no extra charge. I would definitely purchase from them again
We are remodeling an older bathroom with a new freestanding tub and filler. We loved the look of this one and it was less expensive than most of the similar items. Product looks fantastic but the water lines were a bit long and were crimping. Called Kelly and she is getting us custom-sized lines to finish the job. Great customer service!
This company goes over and beyond to accommodate customers- customizing the water supply lines to be exactly what is needed. They are so responsive- texting on weekends and evenings!! They are truly amazing!!
Installation instructions were easy to follow and took less than an hour to install.
Just installed this tub filler. It's sturdy and was fairly easy to install. I recommend sleeve anchors if you are installing into tile and concrete floor. I had an issue with the mount, but their customer service was great and they sent me a new one very quickly and they were really nice. Recommend. Good price compared to much more expensive competitors.
Beautiful and prestigious faucet; make sure to get your water hose sent custom fitted to fit your home. Love how it looks with my soaker tub!
Item looks great. I had an issue with the water lines hose length during the installation and they promptly replied and send the one I needed. I recommend this product and the customer service is excellent.
My tub filler is so beautiful. Exactly what I wanted. Can’t wait to install. The hoses were too long for us. Customer service was amazing and is sending us shorter ones. Great company to do business with!
Appearance is very nice, paint chipping from hand supply line ,all works good other than shower head fell apart.
Looks great! If you have any install problems reach out to the manufacturer and they will help you out.
Needed longer hoses with this product. Customer service was amazing! They even followed up with me to ensure I received them! Impressive these days! THANK YOU VERY MUCH
Beautiful and prestigious faucet; make sure to get your water hose sent custom fitted to fit your home. Love how it looks with my soaker tub!
This tub filler is very well constructed and very nicely packaged. We were very impressed with how solid it feels. We were expecting it to be constructed of thing gauge metal, but it actually feels like it's constructed of heavy gauge metal and looks really clean. We had an issue with our contractor losing some of the parts during the installation and the customer service department was extremely responsive and helpful. Very happy we bought this product.
The faucet is very good quality at a surprisingly good price. Appearance is beautiful as it matches brushed nickel finish of other faucets in my bathroom. I needed different length water lines than the ones supplied. Customer service was the best I have ever experienced and they came in 4 days.
Beautiful item as described in pictures and customer service is excellent. Looks amazing with my freestanding tub.
I love this tub filler. Not only does it look fantastic but the quality is very good everything works smoothly and properly. It also has a very strong water flow. I was there when the plumber put it in and he had no trouble with the installation either.
Excellent customer service. Beautiful and elegant faucet.
Looks great. Can't get a sturdy mount to the floor. Wobbles a little. For the price, they are not bad.
Beautiful faucet!!!! The customer service is also fantastic. I had a stripped part and they shipped me a new part with the tool to fix it. All I had to do was pay shipping. Highly recommended this faucet
We ordered this faucet, and the water lines were too long. I reached out to customer service and they sent me the exact length of hoses I needed at no charge! They were very helpful.
Just arrived but very impressed with both quality and packaging. Heavy, solid, and carefully packaged to avoid scratches, etc. I can't imagine that this will disappoint.
The tub filler came right on time and looks to be pretty good quality. Since my shut off valves were at the floor I requested new hoses and they were very helpful in sending me new ones.
Was frustrated when a part was faulty and it wasn’t something they carry at the store and had to wait on the company to send a new one, but they were pretty quick and it really is a beautiful, heavy feeling fixture. Excited about having it in our new bathroom!
This tub filler looks fantastic in my remodeled bathroom! I am very happy with the quality of the parts and it provides great water flow to fill my tub quickly. Since my bathroom is on a slab, the original hoses were longer than needed, so I called customer service and they offered to send custom length hoses immediately! The representative was very friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the quick support. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase.
Faucet looks beautiful! The water lines are too long but customer service has been wonderful in helping me resolve this issue!
It looks fantastic in our bathroom. The color is beautiful and it works really well. I needed longer supply lines and they were kind enough to send some out to me. Very helpful.
Sleek modern design for a fraction of the cost of other faucets we were looking at. Looks great with our tub!
This tub filler has a high quality feel and appearance. Excited to get it installed. I did need to reach out like other for shorter water lines so that it could be connected to the supplies. Support was very friendly and helpful.
The tub filler has a good color that matches my other fixtures. I was in need of shorter supply lines and contacted the seller and they are sending out the lines. Haven't installed the tub filler yet, so can't speak to the function of it yet
Tub filler is beautiful, needed a change to supply lines and customer service handled perfectly - thanks!
