Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Shipping & Handling will be refunded if this is one of the cases with your item(s). Damaged products or products missing parts/items must be reported within 10 days of receipt for this to apply, otherwise product and/or shipping charges may be incurred.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return item (s), if completed your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment account. Please remember it will take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. It usually takes 3-7 working days to process.
