Installation Notes:
1. Check Sink Compatibility：Ensure your bathroom sink has an overflow hole, as this pop-up drain is designed for sinks with overflow. Confirm the drain opening fits a standard 1.25" connection.
2. Prepare the Installation Area：Remove the existing drain assembly and thoroughly clean the sink drain opening to ensure a proper seal.
3. Position Sealing Components：Place the rubber gaskets and sealing washers correctly to help prevent water leakage during use.
4. Install the Drain Body：Insert the drain body into the sink opening, aligning the overflow hole with the sink’s overflow channel.
5. Secure the Drain Assembly：Tighten the mounting nut firmly, taking care not to overtighten or damage the sink, gaskets, or finish.
6. Connect to Plumbing：Attach the tailpiece to the existing drain pipe according to the installation instructions.
7. Check for Leaks：Run water and inspect all connection points—including the drain flange, overflow area, mounting nut, and tailpiece—for any leaks.
8. Test Functionality：Press the pop-up stopper multiple times to ensure smooth opening and closing before regular use.

Return Time Window
We accept returns within 30 days from the date the customer receives the product and the order is marked as delivered/completed. If the product has a quality issue, we will handle the return based on the specific situation and condition of the item.
If you would like to return a product for reasons other than a quality issue, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, which may vary depending on distance.

Important Return Conditions

- Refurbished or used products are not refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging and in like-new condition. Customers are responsible for properly re-packing items to prevent damage during return shipping.
- For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping charges, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
- Once the return is confirmed, we will provide the return address.
Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel or modify an order before it ships. However, we do not accept changes or cancellations for custom orders.

From the moment you purchase a Modland product, we provide warranty coverage for our customers. Under normal installation and use, Modland will replace any component proven to have defects in materials and/or workmanship at no charge.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers product issues caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
- Lifetime Limited Warranty: Applies to bathroom faucets and shower products only.
- Other Products: Products such as bathroom mirrors, shower doors, bathroom vanities, smart toilets, and similar items are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To submit a warranty claim, please provide the following information:
- Your online order details. The information must be clear and legible and include the purchase date, product model, and store name.
- A brief description of the issue to help us diagnose the problem. This information may be provided by the homeowner or a professional installer.
- Photos and videos if the issue involves a mechanical, material, or workmanship defect. For example: "There is an issue with the finish or color of my faucet."
- Your complete shipping address, including your phone number and apartment number, if applicable.
- Any additional information requested to help us review your warranty claim as quickly as possible.
