The hand shower rests in a fixed 316 stainless steel holder for a clean, simple setup alongside the main faucet body.

Great option for our free standing tub. Appears solid, heavy weight, easy to install. Needed additional supply hoses...company was able to provide with minimal effort.
Faucet is very well made; it is solid all the way around and it feels and looks high end. We are not able to use the hose but customer service is going to send a replacement with the specific requirements needed.
This is so classy to have next to the slacking tub. The bottom circle cover is a good size to hide any flooring work from installation.

This faucet is beautiful and very sturdy! The supply hoses it comes with are a little long for our situation, but the manufacturer was extremely helpful and will send shorter hoses. So glad we bought this tub filler!
Very appealing Faucet for the price. Install is a little difficult if you are installing on a Floor with no underneath access, but very doable. Braided lines can 'pinch' in a tight area, but other than that, very easy install, and looks fantastic. Company was very responsive to a missing piece, going as far to send the replacement piece within (2) days. Even followed up via text/phone to make sure I received it. Highly recommend!

Great product and we had a small issue when the plumber installed it and the company was super responsive and amazing to work with. They sent a new part and we were good to go. Product was what I was looking for and I recommend this product and the company that backs up their product.
My contractor just found out that the cover plate hole is the wrong size for the stem size. You cannot beat this tub filler, especially for the price. It is solid and has a great base to keep it steady. It is packaged very nicely with everything you need to install. Because of the way my bathroom is layed out, I need longer water supply lines. The customer service team reached out to me and is arranging to get me longer lines - I can't wait to begin using it. Will update with additional comments and pics once the bathroom is finished.

The shipping was quick. The packaging was very nice for a faucet and it kept everything damage free. The faucet itself is very impressive and looks and feels very well made. The installation was straight forward using the instructions, if have the tools and basic skills. I mounted my faucet on a subfloor and instead of having to hire a plumber to add to the existing waterlines, I ordered longer braided lines and everything connected nicely and was leak free. Looking for a floor-mount black hot tub faucet? Get this one, you will not regret it. I installed it more than 2 years ago and still works perfectly on my short-rent property. Great quality and customer service.
Instructions for installing the product were cryptic. We had to make some adjustments to the base which bolts into the floor in order to get the hoses to fit. Instructions did not spell out how to install and what measurements were needed to insure proper fit.

Our filler wasn’t installed for several months. Once we finally got it installed, it wasn’t working properly. We contacted customer support and they mailed a replacement immediately and followed up to ensure it worked.
I had an issue with the first faucet where it was installed and the cold water didn't work, something seemed to be jammed in the valve. I was outside the return window b/c I bought the faucet at the beginning of a remodel and it didn't get installed for almost 3 months.
