I purchased the chrome. It is beautiful and sturdy. Gives an elegant modern look in my new build! My supply lines were too long so I called customer service and they are helping me with that. The lady on the line was super nice. So I haven’t got to use it yet, but I will get to soon!

I bought this after having to replace another poor quality one I bought on Amazon. It's clearly a higher quality faucet. It's sturdy and the water pressure is MUCH BETTER. The hoses are much nicer than the other brand too. The hoses were a bit too long for my rough in but their customer service is great! The immediately responded and helped me address it.

Shopped around alot and finally bought this in black for my wife's freestanding tub. We were really impressed with the quality of the unit upon arrival. Felt really sturdy and loved the color finish on it. Tested the unit before pre install and impressed even further with the water pressure and flow. Filled the tub in no time! The other aspect we loved is how the neck provided the wide range of swivel. Controls on it were also clean and easy to move. Extremely happy with our purchase and unbeatable price for the quality.

I am really picky. Wanted something that was made with real metal. No plastic nonsense. This product by far exceeds my expectations. That water flow is amazing. The chrome faucet fit well with the other chrome accessories in the new master bath. It worked properly as well. The contractor was confused at first by the hot/cold line coming thru the same area but figured it out.

This product is top quality for the price. Compared to other brands such as Moen and Delta, this tub filler looks just as expensive. We had some issues during installation that required shorter supply lines. We contacted the seller and she was kind enough to supply the shorter lines free of charge! This tub filler is beautiful and super-functional. The swiveling goose neck design of the spout allows you to fully utilize both sides of the tub without bumping your head when you lean against the tub. I was shocked at how quickly it filled my tub. I love the look of this faucet in our master bath. The sprayer does drip after each use but I just leave it over the side of the tub for a few minutes and problem solved. Easy to install and good quality product.
