Yes – our vanities arrive fully assembled.
Cabinets are pre-built at the factory, so on site you mainly need to place the vanity, level it, secure it to the wall, and connect the plumbing. We still recommend working with a licensed plumber/contractor to ensure the drain, supply lines, and mounting are done safely and up to code.
Most Mod-Land vanities include the cabinet and integrated countertop with basin, as shown in the product photos.
Faucets, drains, mirrors, and accessories are usually sold separately so designers and homeowners can choose their own style. Please check the “What’s Included” section on each product page for exact details.
We use solid wood or high-grade engineered wood for the cabinet, paired with hand-sprayed PU lacquer and durable stone or ceramic tops. PU lacquer is smoother and more moisture-resistant than common water-based or NC coatings, making it ideal for real bathrooms, not just showrooms. For daily care, simply wipe with a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
Our vanities ship from our U.S. warehouse via LTL freight to protect large, heavy pieces. In-stock items typically leave the warehouse within a few business days; transit time depends on your location. The carrier will contact you to schedule curbside delivery. Please inspect the packaging on arrival and note any visible damage with the driver so we can assist you quickly if there’s an issue.
