THE DETAILS, UP CLOSE
Step into a daily spa with the oversized 10-inch rainfall shower head and a solid brass handheld that swivels a full 360°. Both spray mounts slide freely on the adjustable stainless steel bar to fit every height, while each outlet delivers a full 2.5 GPM at 80 PSI for a powerful yet gentle rinse.
A high-flow brass thermostatic cartridge — WRAS approved and endurance-tested to 100,000 on/off cycles — locks in your preferred temperature within ±1°C. The 40°C safety stop button prevents accidental scalding, so the whole family can shower with steady, worry-free comfort even if the cold water supply drops.
The entire valve body is forged from premium solid brass for superior durability, rust resistance and years of leak-free performance. It ships with standard 1/2" NPT adapters for hassle-free U.S. plumbing installation, plus a removable aerator that makes cleaning and maintenance quick and tool-free.
Bathroom was done in May and people ask where we got it before they ask about anything else. The rain head is what they see from the doorway. Handheld gets used for the tub and the dog. We paid less than the local showroom quoted and I honestly can't tell the difference.
First one showed up with a dented hand shower, probably shipping. Sent a photo and a replacement came in four days, no arguing. Installed it in the fall. Nine months, no leaks, no drips, and the finish still looks new.
The shower works and it looks the part. My problem is the diverter knob, it's stiff even after a few months and with soapy hands I have to grab it with a towel. The instructions are also thin for something this expensive. I want to love it more than I do.
I compared four or five thermostatic sets before I picked this one. It sat in the middle on price. What got me was the brass and the finish, not the badge on the box. My only gripe is the hose, it's short if you mount the bar up high.
Our plumber doesn't hand out compliments, but he said the valve body was real brass and the connections were standard NPT. No hardware store run, no leaks since. That's about as good as it gets from him.
Two days early, double boxed, foam on every piece. Not a scratch on the gold. Everything I needed was in the box, rough-in valve included. I've had worse luck with brands three times the size.
Brushed gold shows water spots, especially with our hard water. I keep a microfiber cloth in there and wipe it down after a shower, takes ten seconds. If that sounds like a chore, chrome might be a better pick.
The box was heavier than I expected. Rain head is solid, the wall bracket doesn't flex, and nothing rattles when the water runs. Our last set felt like tin next to this one.
I'd never heard of this brand, so I ordered it expecting to send it back. The return window made it feel like less of a risk. It's been on the wall since April and it's staying. My wife already wants one for the other bathroom.
Under our bathroom lights the gold runs a little more yellow than the listing photos do. Still looks good next to our other brushed gold hardware. If you need it to match cool-toned gold, this may not be the one. No complaints on how it's built.
The bathroom was stuck in 1998 and this did more for it than paint was ever going to. Guests comment on it every time. I was worried the gold would read flashy in person. It doesn't, it's warm.
The fixture is well made and looks expensive. Just don't believe anyone who says it's a weekend swap. Ours needed the wall opened and new tile around the valve, and we ended up hiring a plumber. The price on this page is not the whole price, plan for that.
I thought the rain shower would be the star, but it's the handheld we reach for. Bathing the dog, rinsing the glass door, the kid's hair. The hose doesn't kink and the slide bar moves without a fight.
Every flush in our house used to send a blast of cold water through the old shower. The thermostatic valve on this takes care of that. Nobody has screamed in the shower since we installed it, which is a win.
Put this in one of my rentals after the last tenant destroyed the old fixture. The valve body is brass instead of the plastic junk I've seen, and the price was easier to take than what the plumbing supply quoted. Two months, no calls.
the 10 inch head covers both shoulders, which our old one never did. The spray is soft but it still rinses shampoo out in no time. I take longer showers now, my water bill is gonna love that.
I was worried it would come in looking like the shiny brass from my parents' house. It's softer than that. Warm, not yellow, and it sits fine next to our champagne bronze faucet. My husband didn't notice it for two days, and he's the one who picked the old fixture.
