Great out door shower unit! Has wonderful water pressure to clean up fast! You will need to make sure you winterize it.(turn off and drain the water, leave the valve open so the water can expand in case of freezing weather). My cartridge failed the second year, and after contacting the company's customer service dept. they went above and beyond to get my issue resolved! 5 stars for their quick response!

I used this for our outdoor shower. It is absolutely perfect and even better than I expected it was going to be. Great quality and puts out plenty of water if you have the pressure to back it up. Great purchase.

I did not get all the water drained out of my outdoor shower and it froze and damaged the valve. I emailed the company to purchase a replacement valve and they sent me a new one for absolutely free! Tells me that that is a great company.!

Great shower. Easy to follow instruction and works well. High quality. The height adjustment of the rain shower and the handheld shower is a plus. During winter, easy to disassemble the handle to protect it from freezing. Would buy again and recommend.

Great quality product. Does start to get surface rust?Because it's directly on the ocean. But it easily wipes away. All my other good stainless steel grill and smoker and heater also get that same surface rust and they are of top quality.

I, a 70 year old untrained person, was able to install this outdoor shower! Then after the handle cartridge failed I contacted the seller. They replaced the entire product for me and it has worked great ever since. Customer service even called me once to confirm I had received the replacement item! Thanks so much

The outdoor shower is incredible! So is the customer service! I failed to drain the shower correctly prior to a hard freeze. The valve to change water from the wand to the shower head broke. I emailed customer service a pic of the broken part and they replaced the part for free! Amazing!

This is an incredible product we use it for an outdoor shower and when coming back in from a hike in the woods or working in the yard it's great just to get cleaned up before going inside. We also have a hot tub so it's great to be able to shower before you get in and when you get out. I was so impressed with customer service as one of the set screws was not the right size, I was able to call, get a hold of somebody easily, they immediately set out the new part without any delays or problems. Great product great customer service at a reasonable price can't ask for more

We're very much enjoying our shower unit! We've had it installed in our outdoor shower and it's become the favourite shower of 3 in our house. Great pressure and we love the 2nd wand feature... which also helps when it comes time to give the dogs a rinse after a romp on the beach! It functions & looks great and so far it far exceeds what you might expect for the affordable price point.

I used this awesome shower piece in my beautiful outdoor shower. It’s great, good price and works beautifully. Unfortunately I live in the northeast and I didn’t properly drain it one cold day after using it. The ice damaged the components and I had to disassemble. I contacted the company and they were super easy to work with and very responsive. They were able to ship me my new pieces in a week or so, all I had to do was pay for shipping. VERY pleased with this product.

We’re planning to use this rain shower system as part of a bathroom remodel and are just acquiring the components at this point so I can’t speak, yet, to its shower performance, but the product arrived in a timely manner and all the included components are present, and look attractive look well made Looking forward to install and using this rain shower!

It installed without a problem, and the instructions were pretty clear. We haven't really used it yet, so can't comment on the durability or quality, but seems solid.

Amazing customer service!! I had an issue with the diverter and emailed customer support. Communication was fast and effective. They quickly sent a replacement part and followed up to make sure it resolved the issue. They even sent a video with instructions to replace the part. We love our outdoor shower unit. It’s great quality! We receive compliments on it all the time. The wand is great for rinsing off your feet after a day at the beach, it’s great for showering little children. I would recommend this to anyone putting in an outdoor shower.

I really like the shower system. It looks and works great in our outdoor shower! Unfortunately, the main water control valve was damaged by freezing temperatures last winter and began to leak. ( I drained the valve better in prior winter and had no problem.) When I contacted customer service, they offered and promptly sent me a replacement valve which I installed and the shower now works fine once again. They have followed up several times during the process to ensure success.

I absolutely love the look of this. We installed as an outdoor shower and it fits just perfect. The knobs give a very classic look and I couldn't be more happy with the way it turned out. This would be beautiful indoors as well. I love that it has the top and the sprayer so I can easily hose off my feet.

Company accommodated a piece that got broken from over the winter. And my shower was 2 years old. Great communication and very speedy in getting our replacement piece.

I love this shower head. My husband installed it and we've been using it for the last few months. My only complaint would be that the shower head clogged within a few weeks of use and so water would squirt out the top. Once we cleaned out the shower holes, it was back to working great. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the shower head or just our hard water.
