- Desgaste Normal: La garantía no cubre el desgaste normal, rasguños en la superficie u otros daños estéticos que no afecten la funcionalidad del producto.

Pricewise, this shower fills the gap between those costing 2-3 thousand dollars, and the $150 showers of dubious quality. With that said, this shower is extremely nice. I haven't installed and used it yet, but the build quality is very impressive. It's heavy, perfectly finished, and has a precision feel where the different parts attach to each other. The box it came in was poorly taped and actually fell apart when I picked it up, but the foam padding inside did its job.
Set this up to use in our outdoor shower to clean up from the beach. You have to get used to the fact that the hot and cold water knobs turn in opposite directions. But other than that is beautiful and works well.
This is the best showerhead you will ever own. The rainfall is amazing.
I had a problem with one of the parts and they responded to my email the same day and replaced the parts without a problem. Very happy with the results and the product!

YOU NEED this in your life. It is soooo relaxing to stand under, sometimes I just drift off under it lol. If you are looking for a quick rinse off too, it falls in that category!

We purchased the shower to be used poolside, and it has been the best thing ever! We use it every day, the grandkids love it. We had a small issue with it after a while, reached out to the company, and they were amazing and took care of it right away! Don't hesitate to buy the shower! It is not hard to install, it looks awesome, and is super convenient!

A crack developed in a piece so I contacted customer service. They were very helpful and sent me out a replacement piece.
This product is amazing, I think it may depend on your water pressure but once we installed ours we loved every shower we have taken so far. Highly recommend.
This shower head is absolutely incredible. It covers your whole body and washes your hair quickly. I love the attachment as it sprays a little harder. It is the most incredible shower head and it definitely makes you want to stay in there a little longer.
Came in nice packaging, every item was individually wrapped and secured, easy to instal and instructions provided.
Great shower holds up well outside. Had a diverter valve break after about a year and the Manufacturer quickly sent a replacement that I easily installed and the shower works perfect now.

This is a great shower, nice looking and functions well. We did have a problem with one of the parts ( mainly because of the cold climate we live in ) and the customer service was excellent and the manufacturer sent us a new part quickly and easily.

I would have given the shower kit 5 stars but I think a small up grade to have it powder coated would be nice. I had a few areas where I used a wrench very gently to tighten the joints and the black paint started to chip. All in all I think it's a good product and perfect for an outdoor shower.....
