High-Quality Ceramic Basin and Elegant and Sturdy Counter Top

The basin features hazy gray veined textures that echo the carrara white countertop. This sintered stone counter top coms with a Moh's hardness rating of up to level 8, which offers excellent scratch resistance, superior water resistance, fire resistance. The basin has excellent durability and stain resistance, easy to maintain, standing up to long-term use. Please be noted that faucet mounting hole size :1.38", the height of faucet spout ≥9" is recommended. The sink drain stopper without overflow hole is recommended.

Durable Cabinet and Open Shelf

The door panels are made of MDF with 6 layers paint coating. Cabinet bottom plate and shelf is made of plywood, side plate is particle board. Our board has a uniform internal structure, a smooth surface, excellent dimensional stability, and not prone to deformation.

Large Storage Space and Soft Close System

This cabinet equipped with three cabinet doors and one open shelf to provide a very large bathroom storage space. And the doors of bathroom vanity built-in soft close damper to ensure the doors close quietly and smoothly.

Detailed Assembly Instructions

This bathroom vanity is divided into three packages: one package for the sink, one package for the cabinet and shelf, and one package for the legs. It is comes in a flat pack and needs to be assembled by yourself, with detailed assembly instructions and all the necessary parts and hardware to ensure you can complete the installation smoothly.

Return Time Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date the customer receives the product and the order is marked as delivered/completed. If the product has a quality issue, we will handle the return based on the specific situation and condition of the item.

If you would like to return a product for reasons other than a quality issue, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, which may vary depending on distance.

• Refurbished or used products are not refundable.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging and in like-new condition. Customers are responsible for properly re-packing items to prevent damage during return shipping.
• For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping charges, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
• Once the return is confirmed, we will provide the return address.

Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or modify an order before it ships. However, we do not accept changes or cancellations for custom orders.

• Lifetime Limited Warranty: Applies to bathroom faucets and shower products only.
  
• Other Products: Products such as bathroom mirrors, shower doors, bathroom vanities, smart toilets, and similar items are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

To submit a warranty claim, please provide the following information:

• Your online order details. The information must be clear and legible and include the purchase date, product model, and store name.
• A brief description of the issue to help us diagnose the problem. This information may be provided by the homeowner or a professional installer.

• Your complete shipping address, including your phone number and apartment number, if applicable.
