Great option for our free standing tub. Appears solid, heavy weight, easy to install. Needed additional supply hoses...company was able to provide with minimal effort.
Faucet is very well made; it is solid all the way around and it feels and looks high end. We are not able to use the hose but customer service is going to send a replacement with the specific requirements needed.
This is so classy to have next to the slacking tub. The bottom circle cover is a good size to hide any flooring work from installation.
Faucet looks nice in our bathroom! It leaked when we first installed it, but I contacted them and they were very prompt to send us out a new one! Works great!
The quality of this is good, it was easy to install. once we got a feel for how the knobs work; we love it. I think this elevates the look of our stand alone tub. I would recommend this product.
We just did a bath remodel and picked this faucet for it’s simplicity and looks. We were very happy with the quality and it was very easy for our plumber to install. So far, we have not had a problem and even requested a slightly longer hose which we received very promptly. Highly recommend his faucet over other pricey name brands.
This faucet is beautiful and very sturdy! The supply hoses it comes with are a little long for our situation, but the manufacturer was extremely helpful and will send shorter hoses. So glad we bought this tub filler!
Very appealing Faucet for the price. Install is a little difficult if you are installing on a Floor with no underneath access, but very doable. Braided lines can 'pinch' in a tight area, but other than that, very easy install, and looks fantastic. Company was very responsive to a missing piece, going as far to send the replacement piece within (2) days. Even followed up via text/phone to make sure I received it. Highly recommend!
I love the way it looks with my soaker tub. I did a total bathroom remodel and it gives the room a beautiful look!!
Bought this for our tub and the base was loose. Contacted them and they fixed and were extremely helpful. Would trust them over any other major brands based on customer service alone!
Great product and we had a small issue when the plumber installed it and the company was super responsive and amazing to work with. They sent a new part and we were good to go. Product was what I was looking for and I recommend this product and the company that backs up their product.
My contractor just found out that the cover plate hole is the wrong size for the stem size. Kelly has provided excellent customer service and she has promised to send the correct part to me via next day air free of any charge because I needed the part urgently and could not wait. I will be receiving the part tomorrow :) Thanks Kelly!!!
Very Sturdy, been working very well. would definitely purchase again.
You cannot beat this tub filler, especially for the price. It is solid and has a great base to keep it steady. It is packaged very nicely with everything you need to install. Because of the way my bathroom is layed out, I need longer water supply lines. The customer service team reached out to me and is arranging to get me longer lines - I can't wait to begin using it. Will update with additional comments and pics once the bathroom is finished.
Exactly the look I was needing for my new home. Issue with hose initially, but with fast customer service, was replaced and now enjoying the soaking tub.
Much bigger than I expected. I think most people want that though. Amazing high quality. Sturdy. Easy for my plumber to install.
Good product quality product. I would recommend. Had an issue with the water lines supplied with the faucet being too long, despite installing the water supply lines as directed. Got an immediate response and solution. Excellent customer support.
My husband installed this quickly and easily, and it fills really quickly. I was initially worried that it would take forever to fill up my soaking tub, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it worked much faster than expected.
Price is good. I don't know how long can use it.
The shipping was quick. The packaging was very nice for a faucet and it kept everything damage free. The faucet itself is very impressive and looks and feels very well made. The installation was straight forward using the instructions, if have the tools and basic skills. I mounted my faucet on a subfloor and instead of having to hire a plumber to add to the existing waterlines, I ordered longer braided lines and everything connected nicely and was leak free. The customer service was great and made the overall purchase and installation a 5 star experience!
The first spout broke off. After a few emails with customer support I received a replacement in a few days. So far so good with the replacement.
The tub filler is attractive and was well priced. One of the hoses broke on installation but the company replaced it quickly.
This is a really nice visual match for our tub. It looks great, and has a sturdy feel with a smooth mechanism. We researched a lot of different tub fillers, and for the money this was an excellent value. We were especially impressed with the customer service as they were helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend this tub filler!
Looking for a floor-mount black hot tub faucet? Get this one, you will not regret it. I installed it more than 2 years ago and still works perfectly on my short-rent property. Great quality and customer service.
Instructions for installing the product were cryptic. We had to make some adjustments to the base which bolts into the floor in order to get the hoses to fit. Instructions did not spell out how to install and what measurements were needed to insure proper fit.
Great filler and looks amazing with my tub. Had a few issues initially, but the customer service team went far and beyond making sure the issue was resolved. Constant communication and prompt responses made this whole experience worth it!
Our filler wasn’t installed for several months. Once we finally got it installed, it wasn’t working properly. We contacted customer support and they mailed a replacement immediately and followed up to ensure it worked.
I had an issue with the first faucet where it was installed and the cold water didn't work, something seemed to be jammed in the valve. I was outside the return window b/c I bought the faucet at the beginning of a remodel and it didn't get installed for almost 3 months. I emailed a video of what was happening and they sent me a replacement immediately and covered the shipping. Very good customer service and now the faucet works perfectly. I really love it. Thank you!
Works well! The initial line sets leaked but they sent me new ones and everything works very well and installed easily
